MLM Leader, How Larry Beacham taught me how to go from good to great

I recently hired a personal trainer to help me take it to the next level in my workouts.
In between the box squats and the rowing machine from the pit of hell I had the following two thoughts in regards to personal training and  MLM training…and what they have in common.

#1 – It Costs Something To Go To The Next Level.
Sure, you can “train” on your own…and you can see some improvements in doing that; however, if you want to see what you’ve really got…it often takes someone pushing you past the limits you thought had always existed.
When it comes to MLM…we have to be willing to invest in books, listen to trusted industry leaders, and focus. We need to be willing to pay whatever the price to sharpen ourselves as leaders.

#2 – You Can’t Cheat If You Want To Go To The Next Level.
NOW…I could have lied and told him that I simply could not do anymore.  AND…that would have been the easy way out.  When it came right down to it…I am the only one who really knew the truth.  BUT…this thought hit my mind, “Why in the heck would I want to lie.  I am only going to get out of this what I put into it,” and then I BLASTED through several more reps (and then crawled to my car!)
As a leader…I am the one who has to be willing to admit when something is or is not right with me personally.  I can read books and go to conferences…but if I do not take the time afterwards to process through the information…all I become is a consumer and not actually a learner.

Much like my need for a personal trainer, I realized the same was true for my Network marketing business.  In my online pursuit, I came across Larry Beacham.  After much research, I decided to hire Larry Beacham to be my MLM trainer.  I wanted to make sure I got someone who could show me how to go to the next level in my MLM.  Before I allowed Larry access into my life, I asked myself several questions.  Questions like,
Is Larry approachable?
Does Larry have solid people skills and care about who I am?
Is Larry more interested in making a quick dollar off me, or building a long-term relationship?
Does he have a system that I can use that can be duplicated by my team?
Will Larry point me in the right direction and support me even if I don’t join his business?

The answers to all of these questions are, YES.  Larry has been a huge part of my success and I’m so grateful for his leadership and willingness to train myself as well as many others in the MLM industry.

MLM training is essential if you want to have real success in Network Marketing that will stand the test of time.
The average lifespan in the network marketing industry is 63 days.
Worse yet, 97% of network marketers are FAILING.  Stop becoming a statistic and start dominating!
